A Therapist is responsible for specific clinical services to assigned youth and families so that they may become healthy, independent and productive members of their communities. A Therapist is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant practitioner in the successful integration of treatment for clients. The Therapist works designated shifts under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. Spanish speaking preferred.
1. Valid California license as a LCSW, MFT, PhD, or PsyD; or a masters degree and current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate MSW or MFT Intern.
2. Work experience in a comparable mental health setting.
3. Valid California drivers license and a good driving record.
4. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
5. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.
6. Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program.
Competitive Rate:
BBS Registered: Tier 1: $66,650-$75,000 per year. Tier 2: $75,001- $80,0000 per year.
Licensed: Tier 1: $70,000- $83,000 per year. Tier 2: $83,001- $90,000 per year.
$3,000 Signing Bonus-Receive first half of the $3,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after 6 months of employment.
