iServer Orbus Developer

As iServer Orbus Developer, EA will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology landscape. This role will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of the iServer platform for enterprise architecture management, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of iServer's architecture, configuration capabilities, and the ability to support various stakeholders in utilizing the platform effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain iServer Orbus solutions to meet the organization's requirements.
• Customize meta-models, views, and dashboards to align with business needs.
• Develop and enhance automation scripts for importing/exporting data and improving system efficiency.
• Design and implement integrations between iServer and other enterprise systems (e.g., ITSM, ERP, CMDB) to enhance business process workflows.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data sources and ensure accurate data flow between systems.
• Support enterprise architecture initiatives by modeling business, data, application, and technology architectures using iServer.
• Assist in defining standards, best practices, and guidelines for using the iServer platform.
• Maintain architecture repositories, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide solutions leveraging iServer’s capabilities.
• Provide training and support to users and teams on the effective use of iServer for architecture management

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise architecture development using iServer Orbus.
• Proven track record of contributing to successful architecture projects.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the iServer platform and its features including architecture modeling and analytics.
• Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, and other modeling methodologies.
• Proficiency with database systems and querying languages (e.g., SQL).
• Understanding of IT governance and compliance standards.
• Experience with cloud architecture and integration solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for clear stakeholder interaction and documentation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.

Languages:

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
