Enterprise Operations Engineer II

Overview
• Globally partnering with our customers to deliver world class technical support for MasterCard infrastructures and applications, enabling growth, diversification and new business generation.
• Provide 24x7x365 technical operations support for MasterCard’s global infrastructure; with focus on minimizing impact to Customers and internal users.
• Monitor the infrastructure and be a key stakeholder in MasterCard Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
• Regularly perform data analysis to determine MasterCard’s performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Have you worked in Network Operations Center?
• Do you like to triage and drive events to resolution?
• Do you like to interact with Customers, vendors, and support teams on a global scale?

Role
• Perform Alert acknowledgement, Creating Incidents, and work towards closure.
• Experience in collaborating with various vendors via Calls/Mails to push for Incident resolution.
• Experience in Routing, Switching, WAN, Tunnelling, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN
• Working knowledge on Routing Protocols.
• Network troubleshooting skills is must. Networking commands to check/share/Router logs, circuit logs, traffic routing, tunnelling concepts is necessary to minimize downtime and impact to the brand and business respectively.
• Basic knowledge to work in mainframe terminal to support Mastercard credit and debit related transaction issue.
• Knowledge/experience/Interest in Automation would be an added advantage.
• Fixed Night shift role spanning 12 hours (3d/4d pattern – 6:30PM IST to 6:30 AM IST)
• Hybrid work, candidate should abide to do work from Office for a minimum number of days as per management regulations.

• Master/bachelor’s degree
• 5-6 years relevant work experience.
• Novice-level ability to perform post-event analysis.
• Demonstrates the ability to function in Network with CCNA Certified, CCNP would be a plus & basic Mainframe knowledge of tandem technology.
• Follows standard policies and procedures for NOC in relation to issues, escalation, and reporting, if necessary.
• Effective problem and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective organization & interpersonal skills.
