We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team – one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Title and SummaryManager, Product DeliveryOVERVIEWU.S. Product Delivery (USPD) drives execution of Mastercard products and services to the market in partnership with our customers and payments eco-system constituents. USPD is responsible for helping customers manage both the technical and business aspects of a program launch, and ultimately ensure an overall excellent customer experience. Additionally, USPD is focused on integrating our market customer knowledge, delivery experiences and learnings into product management and implementation processes, to help drive and lead our business forward.This role exists within the Issuer Solutions Delivery vertical having accountability for managing the implementation of Mastercard core products and services with customers.ROLE• Leads assigned product delivery projects to ensure contractual objectives, on-time delivery and revenue goals are met• Develops delivery strategies that integrate multiple MasterCard products and services into a single, coordinated effort• Contributes to enhancing the Product Delivery Best Practices methodology• Analyzes and validates market readiness and implement ability of MasterCard's key products and services• Acts as central point of contact for customers and/or MasterCard customer representatives• Ensures customer satisfaction is measured through regular implementation administration of post-implementation and in-progress reviews• Researches and delivers solutions for complex problems and responds to inquiries on products and tools for internal partners and customers• Develops and maintains strong working relationships, with partners in other business functions in Product and Technology to complete delivery and customer support tasksALL ABOUT YOU• Advanced understanding of MasterCard’s payment processing systems and experience with customer conversions. Experience in the payments industry, with working knowledge of payment parties and transaction flows; network and government regulations impacting payments.• Demonstrated experience in financial services and/or consumer goods industry vertical with strong knowledge of payments business.• Project management, problem solving and planning skills with a demonstrated record of success managing multiple projects with clients and internal business partners.• Ability to integrate and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements. Proven competencies in influencing business and technical partners to meet and/or exceed business objectives.• Self-motivated individual with ability to engage and influence peers and business partners• Client and industry relationship management skills and ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships across all functional levels within both client and internal MasterCard organizations.• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills required.
