Position: Channel Sales Manager - Network & Security Job Description: Are you enthusiastic about enhancing channel partnerships? Join us as a Channel Sales Manager for Network & Security, where your main objective will be to drive meaningful growth for Arrow by focusing on three essential areas: nurturing existing partnerships, cultivating new business opportunities, and engaging with partners. What You'll Be DoingGrowing Established Partnerships• Actively connect with established partners to amplify sales for assigned accounts.• Revitalize underdeveloped and neglected partner relationships.• Promote new suppliers' solutions to partners.Developing New Business• Utilize internal team resources to seek new software and service opportunities.• Reach out and engage potential new partners to boost sales for assigned accounts.• Onboard new partners effectively.• Focus on expanding new business by starting with the end customer and working back through our channel partners.• Encourage partners to adopt new supplier offerings.Partner Engagement• Regularly conduct outside sales meetings with partners, suppliers, and end customers.• Market Arrow's service offerings to be sold alongside the Partner community to end customers, including selling Advisory Services directly to them when applicable.What We Are Looking For• 4-year degree required.• At least 6 years of experience in customer-facing direct sales roles.• Proven experience in channel sales.• Expertise in selling Network & Security technologies.• Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to existing solutions.• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.• Proficient in SF.com with a solid track record of forecasting accuracy.• Self-starter who is gritty, coachable, and team-oriented.• Strong work ethic demonstrated by a proven record in a KPI-based sales environment.• Willingness to travel at least 35% of the time.What's In It For YouAt Arrow, we understand that financial rewards and benefits are vital to job satisfaction.
