You will have the opportunity to follow our users' journey and make pivotal contributions across communication channels, both for our B2C and B2B audiences. You will join a team of highly skilled and motivated marketers and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and more.This is a remote position (Ideally based in California or New York.)What You Will Do:• Create programs/campaigns segmented to various customer cohorts (both B2C and B2B) and aimed to drive acquisition and engagement.• Manage various functions of lifecycle marketing, including but not limited to the creative brief process, messaging/content alignment, launch updates, team quality assurance, data integrity checks, and approvals with stakeholders.• Communicate key project updates, milestones, success stories, and failures of campaigns with leadership and cross-functional partners.• Conceptualize and own the experimentation strategy for engagement and enterprise campaigns, continuously iterating on ways to drive class consumption.• Establish a strong rapport with internal cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Creative Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure lifecycle communications are relevant, personalized, and on-brand.About You (Requirements):• 3+ years of lifecycle marketing experience or similar.• Experience in a major Email Service Provider (ESP) – Iterable is a big plus.• A solid foundation of collaborating with various teams in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.• Familiarity with the technical tools/languages (HTML, CSS, Java) that are the foundation of lifecycle campaigns.• Solid understanding of key marketing metrics for campaign analysis.At MasterClass, we believe we put our best work forward when our employees bring together ideas that are diverse in thought.
