Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! In this role you will handle multiple global entities and suppliers including 3-way invoice matching.

This role is hybrid (Tuesday/Wednesday in office 8AM-5PM) out of our Dallas, TX office.

• You will accurately review and process invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• You will establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies effectively.
• You will research any outstanding invoice issues and address customer and vendor inquiries as well as reconciling vendor statements.
• You will identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of best practices.

• You have 7+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable invoice processing.
• You have strong attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
• You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• You have effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• In this role you will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.
• The team is incredibly collaborative and resourceful.
• The Accounts Payable Specialists on this team who succeed are detail-oriented team players with exceptional work ethic that can research problems, drive resolutions and quickly build relationship across the organization.
