As a Growth Marketing Manager,  you will be responsible for implementing multiple initiatives across marketing growth objectives. This work includes optimizing our app's presence in app stores to increase visibility and download, ensuring fluid and productive communication between the product and marketing teams, managing the dissemination of information about new product features and updates to maximize marketing effectiveness and alignment. This role would also partner closely with the creator marketing team to deliver on growth objectives related to this workstream.


Responsibilities
  • App Store Optimization (ASO) Strategy Development: Design and implement a robust ASO strategy to enhance app visibility and conversion rates in app stores, integrating ASO with in-app CRM strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop project briefings and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, and design departments, to align on initiatives. Facilitate communication between product and marketing teams, ensuring synchronization on product capabilities and feature releases.
  • Agency and Partner Management: Oversee day-to-day relationships with third-party ASO agencies and app store representatives. Support and manage relationships, handling asset and information requests from major partners like Google and Apple.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track and analyze app performance metrics, A/B testing results, and market trends to refine ASO strategies. Establish performance benchmarks to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and strategies.
  • Internal Communication and Documentation: Lead communications about new product features and updates to the marketing team, ensuring they are equipped to develop effective marketing materials. Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and adapt plans to meet business objectives. Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and analyses.
  • Support for Marketing and Growth Initiatives: Assist in growth marketing efforts, collaborating with content and media teams to support creator marketing and optimize content for marketing objectives. Develop and refine post-production processes and design creative tests in collaboration with the media team.


What We’re Looking For
  • Experienced Digital Marketing Manager: Three or more years of direct experience in app store optimization with a proven track record of successful ASO strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent Communicator: Able to clearly translate product features and timelines into easily digestible share-outs to the marketing team.
  • Analytical Thinker: Able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative Partner: Enjoys partnering with, learning from, and educating peers while driving growth in key international markets.
  • Self-Starter: Thrives in building new processes and workstreams, identifying white space opportunities, and putting plans in motion. Excels in autonomous and sometimes ambiguous environments, and is intrinsically curious.


$128,000 - $154,000 a year
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York City. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
