Job Title: Senior Marketing Analyst
Job Summary: The Senior Marketing Analyst will play a key role in driving the effectiveness of marketing strategies by providing deep insights into market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. This role involves analyzing large datasets, developing marketing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts. The Senior Marketing Analyst will also provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer engagement, brand positioning, and overall marketing ROI.Responsibilities• Analyze marketing data from various sources to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and uncover customer insights.• Develop and maintain marketing models, including customer segmentation, lifetime value analysis, and attribution modeling.• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure data-driven decision-making in campaign planning and execution.• Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental analyses to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.• Support the development of marketing strategies by providing insights into customer behavior, market demand, and competitive landscape.• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis and marketing strategy.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL) is a plus.• 4+ years of experience in marketing analysis, with a strong understanding of marketing metrics, analytics tools, and data-driven strategy.• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in building and interpreting marketing models.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.• Experience working with cross-functional teams to influence marketing strategy and execution.• Knowledge of current marketing trends, digital marketing strategies, and best practices in data analysis.• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
