In 2024, Tinder won four Effie Awards for its first-ever global brand campaign, "It Starts with a Swipe"™As a Senior Program Manager, you will take a central role in steering high-impact projects from conception to implementation. You will facilitate and coordinate across multiple teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations. Your expertise in program management will guide our ambitious roadmap, helping us build and refine our products and processes.Where you'll work:This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration two days per week. This position is located in West Hollywood, San Francisco, and/or Palo Alto, CA.In this role, you will:Stakeholder Communication:Provide clear, timely, and objective communications to the executive team, including regular program status updates and critical issue escalations.Execute Strategically:Drive the on-time delivery and deployment of projects, managing development needs, and providing achievement updates. Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure flawless execution of projects.Program management:Develop and oversee project timelines, identifying dependencies and the critical path, and apply a systematic approach to status reporting. Manage risks, plan mitigations, and adapt plans as necessary to align organizational efforts.Problem Solve:Proactively identify and resolve issues by coordinating with various teams to prioritize tasks and manage risks related to schedules and product quality.Drive Best Practices:Implement continuous improvement and operational excellence frameworks. Manage strategic alignment, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring commitments are met.Educate and Guide:Serve as the subject matter expert on the Product Development Lifecycle Process (PDLC), educating and guiding the team in its application and rollout.You'll need:5 years in technical program management within consumer tech, particularly in fast-growing sectors such as mobile games or subscription services.Exceptional ability to manage projects, including structuring and managing multiple concurrent work streams.Proven ability to distill complex requirements from multiple stakeholders into actionable project plans.Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead through influence to achieve project outcomes.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, Figma, and Monday.com.Effective communicator with a talent for fostering constructive feedback and collaboration.Experience in PDLC and SDLC processes.Experience leading large-scale, high-visibility cross-functional initiatives.$ 146000- $175000 a yearFactors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in West Hollywood, Palo Alto, and San Francisco, CA.
