Trust & Safety Operations Specialist

The Member Protection team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trust & Safety Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will support cross-brand appeals, child safety operations, and safety escalations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, deep user empathy, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment.

• Review and respond to member appeals escalated by Tier 1 moderation teams for additional guidance or review
• Carry out high-sensitivity operations tasks, including reviews of suspected exploitation and enticement, referring cases to appropriate reporting authorities as needed
• Support the Match Group operations team and our vendor partners  by performing accuracy checks, responding to agent questions, and managing calibration meetings as needed
• Review and respond to safety escalations in a timely and high-quality fashion
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of safety operations.

• 2+ years proven experience working in trust & safety or related field
• Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements related to content moderation, data privacy, and user safety
• True team player with deep empathy for user experience and a continuous growth mindset
