In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads, optimizing marketing campaigns, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.You will also play a role in analyzing existing data and information along with historical trends to provide early insights into sales and marketing performance.As Associate Director, Campaign Management you will -Lead Generation• Build data-driven insights to optimize pipeline generation.• Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to attract and engage targeted buyers.• Identify, manage and optimize lead acquisition channels, including but not limited to paid advertising, content marketing, database marketing• Work with external agencies/vendors to design, plan and execute campaignsCampaign Strategy & Management:• Drive campaign strategy development and develop clear guidance for engaged teams.• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives.• Work closely with our partner team to develop and deploy nurture campaigns for partner marketing leads• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience.• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.• Uphold and promote brand standards in the execution of all campaigns, with a focus on message relevance and inspired design.Attribution and Analytics:• Implement robust attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing efforts on lead generation and customer acquisition• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing activities.• Develop regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all our paid campaignsAbout You• Metrics-focused who has a deep interest and love for analyzing and understanding data to inform marketing and sales decisions.• Highly proficient in Salesforce and Marketing Automation Tools• Works in a self-directed manner to achieve critical time-dependent milestones on time and with high quality.• Ability to multitask and handle multiple simultaneous projects.Why work for Material?In addition to fulfilling, high-impact work, company culture and benefits are integral to determining if a job is a right fit for you.
