Senior Legal Counsel

Material Bank is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide daily company-wide legal support, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising on legal compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, and more.

Skills

Juris Doctorate (JD)
Admitted to practice in specified locations
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to manage diverse workload
Excellent judgment and discretion

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate and review various commercial contracts
Develop form agreements and contract playbook
Advise on international legal issues
Provide legal advice on risk management areas
Assist with major corporate transactions

Education

JD from a law school approved by the American Bar Association or proper state authorities
