Material Bank is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Account Manager to transition Brand Partners to a self-serve experience using our Brand Central Portal.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Brand Partners.
  • Facilitate the transition to a self-serve model.
  • Develop trusted relationships with brand stakeholders.
  • Analyze brand needs and site activity.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Make outbound calls for collaboration.
  • Collaborate across the organization.
  • Provide updates and training to Brand Partners.
  • Support partnership marketing initiatives.
  • Guide brands through change management.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
