Job Summary:

Ensure parts are delivered to manufacturing on time and verify part shortages against stock availability and scheduled deliveries

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and delivering aircraft parts to designated manufacturing area

• Coordinate with shipping to return unqualified or discrepant material to the appropriate supplier

• Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules. Verify status and location of parts delivered to manufacturing

• Provide regular updates to manufacturing and production control as to part delivery status, estimated delivery dates, and shortages

• Facilitate with parts tracking and accountability to minimize displaced and lost assets

• Oversee Issuing of tools in and out of the tool crib daily

• Inventorying tool crib on monthly basis to ensure all tools are accounted

• Pulling tools for calibration on a monthly basis

• Ensuring broken tools are being replaced by the responsible party.

  
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED. Associate Degree preferred

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Bell Systems are a plus

• US Citizen
