The Role:

Your expertise will help inform the future direction of the product working closely with the Product and Design team to shape our ambitious roadmap and transform the DE&I space. How You'll Do It:
Building software to help operations and support teams Running the all environments by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health Fixing support escalation issues Improving the availability, reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions Documenting tribal knowledge Partnering with developers to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures Balancing feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks Having experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS etc.) Using knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, web application security Collaborating with developers, Product Managers, QA, Designers to ideate, build, test, and deploy high quality code. CI/CD Promoting conventions and best practices Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies What You bring:

$115K-$135K
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
