Site Reliability Engineer

Your expertise will help inform the future direction of the product working closely with the Product and Design team to shape our ambitious roadmap and transform the DE&I space. How You'll Do It: Building software to help operations and support teams Running the all environments by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health Fixing support escalation issues Improving the availability, reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions Documenting tribal knowledge Partnering with developers to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures Balancing feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks Having experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, AWS etc.) Using knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, web application security Collaborating with developers, Product Managers, QA, Designers to ideate, build, test, and deploy high quality code. Work from anywhere Annual salary: $115K-$135K Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification DevOps & Site ReliabilityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
