The Integrated Marketing Communications team serves as the inhouse agency for Barbie, together forming a group of passionate, creative, innovative people who thrive on a challenge whether it’s creating an actual Malibu Dreamhouse or launching a global campaign. The Opportunity:
The Barbie IMC Team is looking for an experienced mid-to-senior level Lead Art Director with a passion for video and photo production for social and TikTok, as well as brand leadership, art direction and styling across multiple touchpoints including retail, live events, and more.
Highly driven to art direct and lead a variety of doll productions including creative concept development and strategy, pre-production planning, casting, styling, set direction, creative and storyboard development, on-set art direction for photo and video – both in-studio and on-location, post-production creative direction for editing, music, script and post copy, photography, graphics and creative asset deployment. Capable of leading, collaborating, and art directing internal and external partners.
Additionally, can create elevated, compelling, thoughtful storytelling that resonates on multiple social channels including Instagram and TikTok. Able to create visuals that align to marketing strategy and business objectives, and drive excitement for global campaigns, activations, franchise, and evergreen content. Must demonstrate a proven track record in video production, developing strategically driven ideas and creative assets, with a strong understanding of social best practices, as well as a passion for what we do every day – inspiring the limitless possibilities for generations to come!

The annual base salary range for this position is between $94,400.00 and $130,000.00.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
