Deals Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Deal Manager to lead and optimize our deal management processes within the crypto/web3 ecosystem. This role, within our Finance team, requires close collaboration with Business Development, Partner Success, Legal, Marketing, and other cross-functional departments. You will oversee partnerships and investments from inception through execution, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in negotiations, financial modeling, and long-term strategic alignment.


This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in an ever-changing, high-growth environment, can work independently, and is passionate about being on the forefront of expanding our ZK chains ecosystem. This role is full-time, with a strong preference for candidates located in the US or Canada.

What You'll be Doing

  • Comprehensive Deal Management

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to assess and structure partnership and investment opportunities.

  • Lead negotiations, ensuring all terms, provisions, and financial parameters align with organizational objectives.

  • Develop and present detailed deal and investment cases, including pricing strategies and long-term impact analyses.

  • Oversee the seamless transition of finalized partnerships to the Partner Success team for ongoing management.


  • Financial Analysis and Modeling

  • Create sophisticated financial models to evaluate the viability and potential returns of prospective deals.

  • Analyze deal economics, forecast outcomes, and identify key risks and mitigation strategies.

  • Assess pricing models to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.


  • Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the central liaison among Business Development, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Partner Success teams throughout the deal lifecycle.

  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment across departments to ensure efficient deal execution.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance deal execution efficiency and post-deal performance monitoring.


  • Governance and Reporting

  • Maintain a comprehensive repository of deal terms, agreements, and performance metrics.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on deal performance, risks, and strategic alignment to senior leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and support audit processes through accurate documentation.

What We Look for in You

  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, corporate development, investment banking, or similar roles involving complex deal management.

  • Demonstrated success in leading negotiations and managing end-to-end deal processes.

  • Proven track record of sourcing and leading investments, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or related fields. 

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, Web3, and the crypto ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with evaluating infrastructure, consumer-facing applications, and token economics is a plus.

  • Experience using blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Dune, Nansen) is advantageous.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and business case development.

  • Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision-making. 

  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
