Project Manager

The Project Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the company, overseeing and executing key business functions such as webinars, live events, online courses, and community management. Working closely with the CEO, you will translate high-level ideas into actionable plans. The Project Manager will ensure the seamless execution of systems, marketing funnels, and team collaboration to drive business growth and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution & Coordination:
• Lead the execution of new projects and product launches, such as webinars, events, and online courses.
• Manage timelines, ensure projects stay on track, and meet performance goals.
• Systems & CRM Management:
• Oversee CRM systems, email marketing tools, and community platforms to ensure smooth communication and client engagement.
• Ensure all systems are working efficiently to support the operational needs of the business.
• Marketing Operations:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment across ad campaigns, social media, email sequences, and landing pages.
• Ensure timely deployment of marketing initiatives and ensure they align with business objectives.
• Team Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between the CEO, creative teams, and external contractors to ensure alignment on business goals.
• Foster communication across teams to drive project success.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, event attendance, customer satisfaction) to analyze performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business operations and improve results.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Integrator, or COO, ideally within a coaching, event, or service-based business.

• Strong understanding of online marketing funnels, CRM tools, and webinar/event platforms.

• Experience with Monday.com for project tracking and collaboration is essential.
• Excellent command of English is essential for clear communication across teams and with clients.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of turning big-picture ideas into actionable plans.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
• Familiarity with the personal development or coaching industries is a plus.
