Admin 1 - Customer Service (QIC A, C, D)

Description & RequirementsMaximus is currently hiring for an Admin 1 - Customer Service to join our QIC (A, C, D) team. This is remote opportunity. The Admin 1 - Customer Service is responsible for managing their call queue, checking callbacks and voicemails for required return calls, and when applicable, supporting the tasks of other departments. This position requires rotational weekends and holidays.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers.- Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.- Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins.- Working in a team environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.- Additional duties as assigned by leadership.Minimum Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent.- 0-2 years of experience.- Ability to commit to a one-month training of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm EST required- Ability to work a schedule of Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm EST required- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays when requiredPlease note: For this position Maximus will provide equipment to use.Home Office Requirements:- Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required / 50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)- Minimum 5mpbs upload speed- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router- Private work area and adequate power source- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental USEEO StatementActive military service members, their spouses, and veteran candidates often embody the core competencies Maximus deems essential, and bring a resiliency and dependability that greatly enhances our workforce. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
