We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with various administrative tasks within our asset management organization. The intern will be responsible for filing, organization, simple placement of images in slides, and other administrative duties as needed. This will be a part-time role for 2-3 days a week.

Job Duties

• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, including the placement of images in slides.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management.
• Support team members with any additional tasks related to asset management.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
