MBA Marketing Intern - Marvel & Star Wars (Summer)

Hasbro is currently recruiting fun, creative, problem solvers to join our team and help tell the world about the most beloved play brands where you'll use digital first thinking to bring our story driven play experiences to consumers around the world.


Every day, you’ll be working with innovative problem solvers, creative consumer marketers, and forward-thinking brand developers! You’ll help to lead global product development, marketing processes, line planning activities, and more. In this exciting role, you will partner with cross-functional teams; including but not limited to regional or global marketing, design and development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, and costing on all phases of product development. Successful candidates are proactive, upbeat, collaborative, responsive, flexible, creative, analytical, strategic and decisive.


A day in the life of a MBA Brand Marketing Intern:

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow the business.
  • Demonstrating creative thinking and using consumer insights to drive product innovations and better meet/exceed consumer demands.
  • Assisting in the development of overall go-to-market product strategy, primary assets for advertising and other marketing communications.
  • Applying consumer insights and competitive market segments to demonstrate takeaways on the product line.
  • Aligning best in class content and storytelling with strong commercial plans.


What you’ll bring:

Must be currently enrolled in a Masters of Business Administration program with a focus on Marketing or Data Analytics related focus

  • Digitally savvy, (product development, consumer marketing, retail)
  • Presentation skills: can deliver sophisticated information in a compelling way, uses story to persuade audience; captures interest, engages audience, uses supporting points to influence
  • Data analysis: can make sense of quantitative and qualitative information affecting the brand; exposure to Tubular, Net Base, etc. a plus
  • You are an MBA Marketing student looking to work on fun, iconic brands
  • A keen sense of the world around you, and love to learn from it
  • Ability to figure things out and making things happen
  • A trend savvy mentality that thinks broadly about competitive sets
  • A results-oriented spirit that is comfortable working in a corporate environment
  • Capable of trying new things and challenging the status quo
  • Seek and offer diverse points of view
