The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the day-to-day support of the business development team’s operations and administrative duties. They will be expected to build direct relationships with customers, deliver customer-facing reports, be responsible for baseline reconciliation, updating At-A-Glance, generate or deliver GPO reporting to biopharma, assist with tracker QC, pull contract status reports from SFDC and collaborate with other internal teams where appropriate. They will partner with the business development team to retain and maximize customer engagement with McKesson and provide an excellent customer experience. They will also be responsible for business to business (B2B) management of routine activities with key current and prospective a portfolio of Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Manufacturer “Partners” to assure that all client needs are adhered to/exceeded.
