Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, modification, trouble shooting, and repair of a wide variety of challenging electronic and electro-mechanical systems in a distribution center environment.
• Provide electrical support for all facility systems and equipment including but not limited to conveyors, A-Frames, Printers, Strappers, Compressors and other automated technologies.
• Demonstrate skills in all phases of facility maintenance including electrical troubleshooting.
• Self-starter in new system and equipment learning and training.
• Ability to lead and train other facilities assistants.
• Communicate with and maintain relationships with vendors.

Shift Details: Tuesday– Friday 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM, or until the work is completed

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of related experience

Critical Skills:

• Candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and willing to learn to learn new equipment.
• 3+ years of experience with voltage and AC/DC circuitry and troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience with electrical schematics
• Demonstrate skills in all phases of facility maintenance including electrical troubleshooting.
• Self-starter in new system and equipment learning and training.
• Ability to lead and train other facilities assistants.
• Communicate with and maintain relationships with vendors.
• MS Office Suite
• LOTO/OSHA

EDUCATION: 

• HS Diploma or equivalent trade required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Must be willing to work various hours in a 24/7 operation
• Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift & fork truck use, climbing up to (4) story heights in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to carry and operate a laptop & handheld device.
