Our employee-led affinity groups amplify the voices of Indexers from around the world to help build community and foster an inclusive environment. Affinity groups are open to all Indexers and provide educational resources, workshops and events, and safe discussion spaces. We currently have five groups: Index Pride, The Index Women's Network, Women in Eng, Index Diversability, and Index Black.
