Our mission is to create and sustain a globally inclusive culture that attracts and retains the best talent, where Indexers can embrace their authentic selves and leverage their differences to help us drive our strategic plans.

We know we have opportunities to grow our efforts. We believe DE&I will thrive in our workplace as we all learn from one another. We are committed to creating actionable programs and leading the exchange of ideas that will promote limitless inspiration.

Our employee-led affinity groups amplify the voices of Indexers from around the world to help build community and foster an inclusive environment. Affinity groups are open to all Indexers and provide educational resources, workshops and events, and safe discussion spaces. We currently have five groups: Index Pride, The Index Women's Network, Women in Eng, Index Diversability, and Index Black.
