As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in early intervention, your role is pivotal in applying evidence-based strategies to comprehend and shape behavior in young children. Your responsibilities encompass the thorough assessment, strategic planning, and skillful implementation of interventions to foster the development of essential skills, ultimately guiding our youngest learners toward realizing their full potential!
Our Floating Remote BCBA is critical to our overarching goal: serving the communities where we are located and ensuring quality, continuous care without interruptions.

About What You’ll Work On:
Work remotely, under the direction of our Sr. Regional Director team, holding a caseload of clients from different regions that MeBe services
As a remote floating BCBA, some ongoing cases will be assigned, and with the remainder of your caseload being given on a more temporary basis, covering for Supervisors that are out on leave or transitioning between local on-site supervisors
Case coverage includes two-tier and three-tier supervision models
Conducting Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments: You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF to gain insights into each individual's unique abilities and behavioral traits.
Developing and Overseeing Customized Treatment Plans: Your role will involve meticulously crafting and closely monitoring the implementation of fully tailored, comprehensive treatment plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each child
Providing Parent Coaching: You will offer expert guidance and coaching to parents, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies necessary to effectively support their child's development and progress.
Delivering Ongoing Professional Development to RBTs: Your responsibilities will include providing continuous, high-quality training to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to enhance their skills and expertise, ensuring they offer the best possible care to our kiddos.
Assessing client progress through Data Analysis: You will employ rigorous data analysis techniques to assess and track client progress systematically, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and continually adjusted to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:
BCBA certification (Required)
Ability to pass a background check (Required)
Eligibility to become licensed/credentialed in AZ, WA, TX, and VA (MeBe covers cost)
Experience working with kids with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate
Professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours across time zones as needed, Monday-Friday as late as 6PM PST

Salary: $80,000- $92,000 per year, depending on experience
