Shifts(s): Days: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm Friday 7:00am-1:00pm
Travel: Up to 10% - Durham Region

JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the First Line Manager, the Project Technician - Mechanical will be working within the Field Engineering department, which performs duties supporting safe operation of our nuclear facilities while focusing on quality control inspections, work planning assessments, liaising with project stakeholders, supporting contract partners and oversight of field activities.
The role of Project Technician - Mechanical is responsible for checks and tests, drawings and code interpretation, report writing, quality inspections and quantity measurements to ensure assigned systems/facilities are installed and functioning in accordance with design specifications, satisfying the requirements of the applicable Codes and Quality Assurance (QA) program.
