By building technologies that help connect individuals to the world, we are enabling people to expand their horizons and achieve their goals more easily.If you’d like to join our fast growing team and make a large impact in the areas of IOT, please consider applying to this role .Job Description• Lead product marketing for fast growing IOT business at MTK (focus on Americas and Europe market and customers)• Manage OEM customers relationships including at Sr. executive levels – across business, product, technology and procurement teams• Lead sales enablement, technical and marketing collateral development for IOT platforms• Build and execute strategies to grow the business beyond the run-rate• Build and approve pricing models• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product planning/architecture/BD/Marketing/Sales) on product development and program execution.• Run internal business/product ops (Supply planning, forecasting, pricing guidance, inventory tracking, Executive/Finance reviews, partner/customer legal engagements)• Deliver successful commitments from partners spanning strategic multi-year joint technology programs• Direct broad marketing initiatives to create product and brand awareness• Deliver Senior exec-level executive report-outs spanning strategic, business update and technical topics• Lead, grow and inspire an incredible team of product marketing and business ops managers spread across US and TWRequirement• Minimum 15 years of experience in Silicon industry with 5+ years in managing product marketing for IOT products/platforms at a chip vendor or OEM• 7+ years experience managing multi-function marketing and product management teams• Be a recognized leader in the space of IOT• Experience with IOT-associated OEM/ODM and ISV (Independent Software Vendors) Ecosystem• Existing senior relationships with key OEM, ODM and ISV players in IOT• Strong understanding of competition (product roadmap, technical competitiveness, business strategy etc.)• Comfortable with SOC Architecture, and ability to navigate deeply technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders• Familiarity with Software trends, Frameworks and APIs and their impact on choice of SoCs• Strong communication skills (written/verbal) and executive presence• Expert in delivering executive presentations spanning technical, business and strategic topics• Based in San Jose, and willingness to support unto 25% international travel• Education – Master’s in electrical or CS engineering. MBA is a plusSalary range: $170,000 - $250,000Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
