The Agency of Human Services is seeking a qualified, dedicated person to join our Health Information Exchange Unit as a Medicaid Operations Administrator. The focus of this role will be to aid in the implementation, development, and administration of the Medicaid Data Aggregation and Access Program (MDAAP). The goal of the MDAAP program is to incentivize home and community-based service providers to electronically collect and exchange health data to support care coordination and population health management. The initial focus of the program is on long-term care, mental health, and substance use disorder treatment providers that predominantly serve the Medicaid population.

Bachelor's degree AND four (4) years or more at or above a technical or professional level in health, welfare, mental health, or social services INCLUDING one (1) year or more of supervisory experience in any field.
OR
Master's degree work in a human services or administration field AND two (2) years or more at or above a technical or professional level in health, welfare, mental health, or social services INCLUDING one (1) year or more of supervisory experience in any field.
OR
Two years of full-time college coursework OR associate's degree AND six (6) years or more at or above a technical or professional level in health, welfare, mental health, or social services INCLUDING one (1) year or more of supervisory experience in any field.
OR
High School diploma or equivalent AND eight (8) years or more at or above a technical or professional level in health, welfare, mental health, or social services INCLUDING one (1) year or more of supervisory experience in any field.
College degree in the areas of human services, business administration or public administration.
