Front Office duties to provide outstanding customer service based on Rosen Standards. Include check in, check out, verified insurance eligibility, handling high volumes of incoming calls in a professional manner and communicate all emergencies to the appropriate staff, updating patients files through EMR system.
This position requires prolonged seating, reaching with arms, talking and hearing, using hands to finger. Education/Experience: Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, at least one year related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public. Proficient computer and technology skills preferred.
