Reservation Call Center Agent -PM Shift
Provide outstanding guest service based on Rosen Standards by responding to incoming guest calls and inquiries in a friendly manner. Provide information on availability, accommodation types, points of interest, promotions and hotel amenities. Accurately enter reservations using automated computer system, ensuring clear communication with guests.
Minimum Requirements
This position’s minimum requirements include, but are not limited to sitting for long periods of time, lifting, bending, talking, and hearing. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, or one to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
