Provide outstanding guest service based on Rosen Standards by responding to incoming guest calls and inquiries in a friendly manner. Provide information on availability, accommodation types, points of interest, promotions and hotel amenities. Accurately enter reservations using automated computer system, ensuring clear communication with guests.
