Patient Coordinator:
Description: The Patient Coordinator I greets and establishes first contact with patients, or performs in a call center capacity. Confirms and updates patient demographics and verifies insurance as necessary to ensure that patients have appropriate insurance for physician they are seeing.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. 1 year physician practice experience. Prefer experience in a medical office setting, utilizing a computer system for physician scheduling.
Locations: Commercialization (11 Madison Ave), Primary Care (234 East 85th), Multi-Specialty (5 E 98th)
Medical Secretary:
Description: Provides secretarial and clinical support to physicians and surgeons in a faculty practice setting.
Requirements: Associate's Degree or High School Diploma/GED plus two years of related experience. 2 years of related experience.
Locations: Multi-Specialty (5 E 98th), Primary Care (234 East 85th), Urology (98th Street)
Medical Administrative Assistant:
Description: Provides secretarial and clinical support to physicians and surgeons and performs administrative duties necessary to deliver quality patient care.
Requirements: Associate's Degree or High School Diploma/GED plus two years of related experience. 3 years of related experience.
Location: Urology (98th Street), Otolaryngology ( E 98th Street)

Compensation
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $15 - $35.3759 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
