Manage Workday Payroll system: The Senior HRIS Workday Payroll Analyst will be responsible for managing the Workday Payroll system and ensuring its accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance: This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll processes are in compliance with company policies and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues: The Senior HRIS Workday Payroll Analyst will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise within the Workday Payroll system. Perform system updates and maintenance: This individual will be responsible for performing regular updates and maintenance on the Workday Payroll system to ensure its optimal performance. Provide training and support: The Senior HRIS Workday Payroll Analyst will be responsible for providing training and support to HR and payroll teams on how to effectively use the Workday Payroll system. Collaborate with internal teams: This individual will work closely with various internal teams, such as HR, Finance, and IT, to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system changes. Stay updated on industry trends: The Senior HRIS Workday Payroll Analyst will be responsible for staying updated on the latest trends and developments in HR technology, specifically related to Workday Payroll. Develop and maintain documentation: This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for all payroll processes and system changes. Drive continuous improvement: The Senior HRIS Workday Payroll Analyst will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the payroll process and implementing changes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Ensure data integrity: This individual will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all payroll data within the Workday system. Participate in system implementations: The Senior HRIS Workday Payroll Analyst will play a key role in system implementations, including testing, data migration, and training.
