You'll be responsible for driving the performance of your team, supporting their growth, and collaborating closely with the broader sales team to ensure targets are met. This role offers the flexibility of being home-based.Key Responsibilities• Leadership and Team Management:• Lead and manage a team of 3 direct BDR reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure they consistently meet or exceed their sales targets.• Set clear individual and team performance goals and provide ongoing feedback to support their growth.• Sales Performance Contribution:• Carry a small personal sales quota in addition to managing the team, ensuring you remain directly involved in the sales process and lead by example.• Drive performance improvements within the team by analyzing sales metrics, identifying areas for development, and implementing strategies for improvement.• Sales Strategy and Execution:• Collaborate closely with sales management to define sales strategies and objectives for the North American market.• Contribute to refining sales processes to improve efficiency and success rates across the team.• Coaching and Development:• Facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to track performance, provide training, and support skill development.• Conduct performance evaluations and set actionable growth plans for each team member.• Performance Reporting:• Provide detailed performance reports to the sales management team, including insights, challenges, and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.• Collaboration Across Teams:• Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales operations, to ensure alignment in sales efforts and processes.• Collaborate on sales enablement initiatives to provide your team with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.Your Profile• 5+ years of proven sales and team management success, preferably in a SaaS company.• knowledge of the North American Automotive industry is a plus but not required.• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for coaching and motivating teams.• Experience carrying and meeting/exceeding personal sales quotas.• Excellent understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.• Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot).• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.• Must be based in North America.What We Offer• A competitive compensation package, including a performance-based bonus.• The opportunity to work remotely with a dynamic, growing global company.• Professional development opportunities as we continue to expand across North America.• A supportive and innovative work environment that values your contributions and celebrates success.Hiring Process• Interview with our Talent team.• Discuss with the VP Sales.• Meet the Chief Revenue Officer or CarCutter Co-founder.• Welcome aboard!If you're passionate about sales, leadership, and technology, and you're ready to take your career to the next level, join CarCutter and help shape the future of the automotive industry.
