The Role
For those who learn best by observing, doing, receiving feedback and guidance, the fellows program is perfect for you. In addition to working alongside a co-teacher and learning on the job in real-time, Fellows receive targeted and unique development as they learn the requisite skills to graduate into a lead teacher role.
With daily guidance from School Leaders and the support of a co-teacher, the role and responsibilities of Teaching Fellows will include the following:
Teaching Fellows receive a starting salary of $54,000 and are eligible for yearly performance awards.
