Skills

Experience in corporate law from a top-tier firm or company
Membership in good standing with the New York State bar

Responsibilities

Advise on corporate, commercial, and compliance law matters globally
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
Oversee corporate governance, entity management, and retail compliance issues
Keep up-to-date on legal changes and best practices

Education

LL.B. or J.D. degree
