Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail)

Mejuri is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to execute their retail recruitment strategy, aiming to attract and retain top retail talent across different markets as they expand their retail network. The role focuses on providing a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruiting pipelines for retail positions
  • Build out hiring program and training for the field
  • Lead recruitment for senior level & confidential searches for retail
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand future plans
  • Leverage data analytics for operational improvements
  • Develop candidate personas for targeted recruitment
  • Coach hiring managers regarding talent pools and market
  • Implement recruitment programs for infrastructure scaling
  • Mentor recruiting professionals to meet hiring needs
  • Lead process design for ATS
