Own and manage end-to-end recruiting pipelines for retail positions
Build out hiring program and training for the field
Lead recruitment for senior level & confidential searches for retail
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand future plans
Leverage data analytics for operational improvements
Develop candidate personas for targeted recruitment
Coach hiring managers regarding talent pools and market
Implement recruitment programs for infrastructure scaling
Mentor recruiting professionals to meet hiring needs
Lead process design for ATS
