Skills
Expert analytical skills in data analytics or workforce analytics
Strong proficiency with reporting tools such as Tableau and Zendesk
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Support CS and CX teams with ad-hoc reporting related to KPIs and volume forecasting
Report and present monthly CS performance metrics
Adjust intraday forecasts and coordinate staffing allocation
Conduct root-cause analyses for forecast variances
Support CS Payment Operations with regular reporting
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
