Sr. Workforce Management Analyst, CX
Melio is seeking a Sr. Workforce Management Analyst to join the CX Development team, supporting Customer Service and Payments teams with reporting, forecasting, and workforce management.
Skills
- Expert analytical skills in data analytics or workforce analytics
- Strong proficiency with reporting tools such as Tableau and Zendesk
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support CS and CX teams with ad-hoc reporting related to KPIs and volume forecasting
- Report and present monthly CS performance metrics
- Adjust intraday forecasts and coordinate staffing allocation
- Conduct root-cause analyses for forecast variances
- Support CS Payment Operations with regular reporting
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
