Description:
The Member Service Representative is responsible for answering, triaging and logging all incoming calls. Responsible for distribution of all mail and faxes. Duties may include greeting and directing visitors and employees, coordinating meetings and word processing. They will support the Membership Coordinator and the Supervisor Fitness Center Business. They will be selling memberships, inputting membership data, scheduling appointments and collecting fees for services. Performs other duties as assigned.
