Membership Manager - Huckletree
As our Membership Manager you will provide exceptional experiences for our members through creating a vibrant community within Huckletree. You will work closely with the General Manager and will support with growing our business whilst supporting member businesses to succeed every day.
Huckletree is a workspace accelerator group and ecosystem builder, supporting 3000+ members within the most exciting startups, scaleups, and corporations across the UK and Ireland. Our members come together to work, collaborate, exchange ideas, and build their next venture. Key Responsibilities
Maximise the profitability of the Hub and ensure all revenue opportunities are optimised
Develop and maintain relationships with all members
Immerse yourself within members businesses and proactively support their growth
Identify any potential pinch points and/or continuous opportunities to connect members within our community
Support in the creation and running of all community social events
Work with our Growth & Ecosystem team to educate on and promote the collection of growth products available to our members
Create a seamless and engaging onboarding and offboarding process for all your members
Ensure the highest possible level of member satisfaction to mitigate churn
Requirements
Experience in a similar role within a workspace, members’ club, wellness concept, or hospitality business
Natural curiosity for people around you with the ability to build meaningful relationships
Passion for culture; how to build it, how to grow it, how to make it resonate in your Hub
An excellent team player with an agile mindset
Out-put driven and able to effectively balance competing priorities
An idea generator and executor - ability to work confidently and creatively
Excellent organisational skills and detail-oriented
Strong and confident communicator
