As our General Manager you will lead and develop the team to ensure the smooth running of the Hub and high levels of member satisfaction. You’ll balance ownership over your Hubs P&L and will be responsible for hitting growth forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
Ownership of P&L and driving efficiencies
Delivering revenue targets and working with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, business development and strategic planning
Coaching, developing, and up-skilling the team to ensure continued professional growth and development
Managing the team to produce exceptional results and the smooth running of the Hub
Driving all recruitment efforts and overseeing onboarding and training of new team members
Cultivating an amazing working relationship with all your embers
Ensuring the highest possible level of member satisfaction to mitigate churn
Working with the Building Manager and central ops team to proactively come up with solutions to operational issues as/before they arise
Managing relationships with partners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure highest level of operational efficiency
Ensuring your Hub is compliant with all health & safety legislation
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within a members’ club, wellness concept, or hospitality business
Proven ability to effectively manage teams to produce exceptional results
Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, business development, and strategic planning
Experience within sales and contributing to revenue growth
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships, and generate respect and trust from all stakeholders, internally and externally
Passionate about member experience
