Job Description

Clinical Nurse- Head and Neck Outpatient Office Practice

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in Ambulatory Office Practice Services. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a meaningful impact in our Head and Neck Office Practice. 

Role Overview: 

• Work within Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model caring for Surgical Head and Neck Oncology patients.
• Provide clinical support to staff members.
• Assist with the management of a caseload of Surgical Oncology patients.
• Perform patient assessment, symptom management, and telephone triage and offer patient/family education.
• Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
• Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum.
• Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in an ambulatory setting.

Key Qualifications 

• New York State RN license and BSN
• 1.5-2 years of related oncology medical/surgical experience required
• Surgical Oncology experience preferred

Pay Range $128,750.00-$158,400.00

• Location: David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care , 530 East 74th , New York, NY 10065
• Schedule: 4 x 10 hour days Monday - Friday flexed 8AM-6PM
