Being a SonderMind Mental Health Therapist means:

• Earnings: $68-$90 per hour (dependent on your license type and location). There is no bait and switch at SonderMins - we offer a guaranteed flat rate per session, no matter what insurance the client has.

Referral Bonus:

SonderMind values the contributions of our therapists and encourages you to refer qualified colleagues to join our network. For each qualified therapist you refer to SonderMind, who completes the onboarding process and begins serving clients, you will receive a referral bonus of $500.

• Masters or doctorate-level licensed mental health therapists (required)
• Valid LPCC, LISW, IMFT, LP (required)
