About the role

We are seeking a talented Conversational Designer to join our team. As a Conversational Designer, you will create engaging and effective conversational experiences for our users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, writers, and user experience designers, to design and implement conversational interfaces for chatbots, voice assistants, and other conversational platforms.


About the team

Our design team utilizes human-centered design tools and principles to create digital products that help clients reach their digital transformation milestones. Understanding and defining the right problems and then designing products and services to solve them is the main focus of our design practice. Using design thinking principles, the team applies their expertise to exciting projects in various business domains, like healthcare, agriculture, finance, manufacturing, education, retail, and more.


Responsibilities
  • Design and develop conversational scripts and dialog flows that are engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements to create compelling conversational experiences.
  • Utilize user research and feedback to improve conversational designs continuously.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to implement conversational designs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversational design and apply them to enhance our products.


Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in conversational design, user experience design, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing, user interface design, and user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in using conversational design tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to create innovative conversational experiences.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector
