Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing software support.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to clients, showcasing features and addressing specific needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and improve our software offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide informed advice and guidance.
- Meet sales targets through effective upselling and relationship management.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in software sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and communicate software functionalities clearly.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
- Results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Availability to accommodate diverse client schedules is necessary.
