Responsibilities
- Consult with clients on their online ticketing and event service needs in Dutch.
- Assist clients with setting up ticket sales for events and provide guidance on best practices.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to ticketing processes and event logistics.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on utilizing our platform and tools effectively.
- Analyze event data and provide actionable insights to improve ticket sales and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with event organizers to ensure smooth execution and operational support.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service offerings.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service or consulting, ideally within the events or ticketing industry.
- Strong understanding of online ticketing platforms and event management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance service delivery.
- Proficient in using software tools related to ticketing and events.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support client events.
