Senior Compliance Risk Manager - Governance & Oversight
Mercury is looking for a visionary Senior Compliance Risk Manager to join our Compliance Governance & Oversight team and build critical enterprise governance programs.
Skills
- Demonstrated program management experience
- Subject matter expertise in governance, risk, and compliance management
- Familiarity with fintech, banking, or financial services
- Experience evaluating tools and solutions for complex challenges
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and manage critical enterprise governance programs including policy governance, training, and issue management
- Proactively spot inefficiencies and operational gaps to create programs and governance mechanisms that allow for scaling
- Support critical compliance programs and activities such as third party risk management and enterprise level risk reporting
