Merit America is a national nonprofit focused on creating pathways to family-sustaining careers for low-wage workers. We seek a Business Development Lead to drive growth through strategic partnerships and sales enablement.

Skills

Experience in selling to organizations
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
History of successful business development
Experience managing a Business Development or Sales team

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and mentor the Biz Dev team
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential opportunities
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of Upskilling partnership opportunities
Generate a compelling vision for potential partners
Collaborate with marketing and communications colleagues

Education

Relevant bachelor's degree
