Meta's Business Ecosystem Partnerships team utilizes Meta Business Partners, a worldwide network of thousands of partners to help businesses grow by providing the expertise, technology, and services they need to connect with their customers. We are seeking a lifecycle marketing expert to drive genuine value and growth for the millions of businesses on Meta through data-driven decisions and strategic messaging. You will support marketing activations across channels to enable Meta Business Partners to continue innovating and delivering value for Meta's clients, working closely with sales and marketing teams across our business organization. Channel Marketing Manager, Business Ecosystem Partnerships Growth Marketing Responsibilities Build & drive the roadmap for channel development and growth, taking into consideration personalization, segmentation, and other marketing automation tactics Understand our partner and customer funnel and provide day to day strategic support and best... practices for marketing campaigns across email and digital channels Influence decision-making across a matrixed organization and communicate strategy, recommendations, and results to internal teams Monitor the health of email and digital marketing channels to provide best practices with an aim to improve key metrics such as email engagement and partner satisfaction Manage campaign and program calendar in collaboration with cross-functional teams (i.e. sales, marketing, engineering, and partnerships organizations) to ensure timely delivery of all campaigns Have clear vision on MBP as a brand and improve brand awareness across all channels Work with team members and cross-functional partners to develop strategies and deliver results Be the expert of our partner database and identify segments for business growth Ensure clear measurement plan is in place to measure marketing campaigns success Minimum Qualifications Experience working in cross-functional and complex organizations Experience communicating to a variety of audiences across business and technology Experience working with executive stakeholder and managing relationships across all levels of an organization 5 years of experience driving effectiveness in digital marketing through a diverse mix of digital channels and touch points (social, web, email, video, paid) Expertise in email marketing, performance strategy, and growth marketing Preferred Qualifications 8 years of experience driving effectiveness in digital marketing through a diverse mix of digital channels and touch points (social, web, email, video, paid) About Meta Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
