What You'll Do

Must comply with safety procedures and regulations at all times
Requires operation of production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
Communicate and coordinate with crew members to sustain a quality finished product that meets or exceeds customer expectations
Maintain a clear work area and equipment
Be a positive, enthusiastic and passionate team member and representative
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Other duties as assigned in general support of the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to execute the essential functions and responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
Ability to communicate both written and verbally with customers, employees, and business leaders
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, etc.)
Great organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Strong customer service skills
Able to maintain confidentiality
Analytical and problem solving skills
Courteous, friendly, and willing to learn
Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment
